At the beginning of September, young adults will embark on one of the most transformative journeys of their lives: they’ll start university.

It’s a lot to handle, and it can feel overwhelming and lonely. 

The first month of university is a crucial time when students are most likely to make lasting connections and set the tone for their entire university experience. Our research shows that about 75% of young adults who find a faith community on campus do so within their first month at university. 

That’s why we need you—why our students need you. They need you to encourage them in this critical moment in their lives and faith.

You’ll help them find Christian community, access life-changing, faith-strengthening activities, and be equipped to help others live out God’s calling in their lives.

But if no one reaches out to them in the midst of their hard questions… If no one ministers to them in the midst of a crucial life transition… If no one offers Jesus as the true source of their identity… Where will they go? 

If we miss this window of opportunity, we may not see the next generation raised up to know Jesus, share him with others, and live out their faith.

They need mentors and peers who can walk alongside them, answer their tough questions, and encourage them in their journeys.
