Be a part of investing in the longevity and effectiveness of our staff.

Across Canada, there are P2C-S staff ministering to students who are figuring out faith or welcoming international students to a new country. There are others creating resources pointing students to Jesus’ life-changing message, or maintaining crucial mechanics so that our systems can run smoothly. With all these examples, one thing is definitely true: P2C-Students staff are some of the most hardworking, caring, imaginative people around.  

They are diligently using the gifts and skills God’s given them so that students on campuses around the country know Jesus more, and to help his kingdom continue to grow. 

But the reality is that, no matter how competent and creative they are, they need people to minister to them too. 

Would you consider making a gift this Christmas season that invests in the longevity and effectiveness of our staff? We hope to raise $50,000. The money will go directly to investing in helping missionaries thrive and offer support for however long God has them at P2C-Students. This money will help provide training, retreats, conferences, and other tangible financial support to help develop our staff. Events that Archie Kenyon says have been important in his time on staff.

Archie has served with P2C-Students for 28 years and has had the chance to participate in intentional trainings, retreats, and conferences. In attending these events, Archie has experienced the growth and input that he's needed to not just help him survive as a missionary, but to thrive. 

This is what Archie said when asked what role training and development has played in his longevity as a missionary with P2C-S: 

“To personally develop as a follower of Jesus and as a leader allows me to serve others better. Participating in these types of events allows me to remember that I can only pour out to others what I have received myself. Ministry is so much giving; it’s important for me to receive too. These events are both for my own growth and for my own humility. By going to things where I’m learning, it helps me to eliminate a Saviour complex.”
