About the Team:
Partner Care serves as the donations department of Power to Change. We are an efficient team that excels in handling high donation volumes with precision and care. Through strong communication and teamwork, we adapt quickly to challenges, ensuring seamless processing and a valued donor experience.
About the Role:
The Partner Care Team Coordinator oversees daily operations, ensures seamless team coordination, refines processes, provides training, maintains quality control, and fosters effective communication within the team.
This individual collaborates closely with the Partner Care team to guarantee the smooth execution of day-to-day operations, offering unwavering team support and stepping in as needed. Moreover, the Coordinator supports the Partner Care Manager in driving team projects and upholding the fluidity of operational processes.

Essential qualifications for this position include strong organizational and time management skills, as well as proficiency in communication and leadership.
In this role, you will be responsible for achieving the following objectives:
Responsibilities (80%)
Strategic Planning: Facilitate the planning and implementation of initiatives aimed at process improvement. Collaborate on refining processes and establishing policies (spl projects).
Daily Operations: Support daily operations and manage schedules to address any issues that arise. Ensure the donations processing team executes tasks efficiently and adheres to established procedures.
Team Coordination: Organize activities within the donations processing team to optimize productivity and promote collaborative teamwork.
Process Implementation: Implement the procedures and policies developed by the Donations Manager. Ensure that team members follow these procedures.
Training and Support: Provide training, onboarding and continuous support for team members, including new hires, and address operational challenges - step in as needed (learning new roles/responsibilities, etc. & handle coverage).
Task Management: Monitor task and project progress to ensure deadlines are met and workflow remains efficient.
Feedback Collection: Gather input from team members and donors to identify areas for improvement and report findings to the Donations Manager.
Remaining Responsibilities (20%)
Processing & managing wire transfers
Manage the International Reporting platform and related procedures
Providing phone & email support as required
Completing postings for donations & related US adjustments
Maintain accurate meeting minutes and records
Plan team-building activities, facilitate team check-ins and devotionals
