Power to Change (P2C) is an innovative Christian organization with nine dynamic ministries united by a mission to spread hope and transformation through the proclamation of the gospel. Through our groundbreaking Hub of Evangelism, we're empowering the next generation to make a meaningful impact across Canada and globally.

Position Overview

This role supports the Director of Strategic Initiatives by providing critical administrative support across key strategic areas, enabling our mission of organizational innovation and impact.

 About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible to achieve the following primary objectives:

  • Manage Directors calendar and strategic initiative logistics

  • Support Hub of Evangelism project implementation

  • Coordinate communication and marketing processes

  • Track Hub of Evangelism objectives and key results

  • Conduct research for strategic priorities

  • Facilitate Hub digital transformation efforts

Specific Support Areas:

  1. Hub of Evangelism

  • Project tracking and documentation

  • Technology development administrative coordination

  • Administrative support for Budget and staffing logistics

  • Next-generation organizational meeting coordination

  • Event assistance

  • Cross-ministry collaboration administrative support and coordination

  1. Communication and Marketing

  • Social platform content support

  • Staff and external communication support

  • Basic podcast and content editing

  • External vendor coordination

Other Responsibilities

  • Active participation in weekly chapel services  and other ministry prayer / bible study times.

  • Attendance and participation in the bi-annual International Day of Prayer.

About You

  • You have a deep, growing, intimate relationship with Jesus Christ

  • You have a genuine desire to see people’s lives transformed by Jesus

  • You are quick to learn new technology and adapt to different platforms

  • You use solution-focused problem-solving

  • You have strong digital and organizational skills and are technologically proficient

  • You are comfortable with complex project management

 Education and Experience

  • Post-secondary degree or work experience in administrative or office work

  • Digital collaboration tool proficiency (Trello, Notion, Salesforce, Google Suite, AI Tools, project management and marketing software)

  • Familiarity with Canva would be an asset

  • Administrative support background preferred but not required

Salary Range: $25-30 / hour
