In order for new church plants to become effective self-sustaining faith communities with deep spiritual impact, you can help provide the church leaders with enhanced training to grow and develop their skills in areas such as church leadership and pastoral care. Give two church leaders the opportunity to attend two conferences on discipleship and church leadership over 16 months.
