The Total Athlete Academy is a web-based training and coaching resource designed to help athletes develop the whole person by discovering the importance of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. This tool offers a wide range of resources to athletes, covering topics such as sport performance, sport psychology, sport nutrition, adversity, and pressure in one convenient, online location. The Academy enables athletes from all walks of life to explore their athletic and spiritual development at their own pace.
