Ministry of Tibi Ribi
Tibi Ribi has been a dedicated staff member with Power to Change for over 35 years. He currently serves as the Alberta/Maritimes Area Director for LeaderImpact, the business division of Power to Change. In this role, Tibi is known as a compelling communicator and a visionary leader who inspires marketplace professionals to live out their faith and contribute meaningfully to the fulfillment of the Great Commission. Through local Groups and Forums, he helps cultivate life-changing connections and impact across communities. Tibi holds a degree in Business and Psychology from Western University, where he also earned national recognition as an All-Star Canadian football player and National Champion. Today, his passion for sport continues through competitive tennis, recreational hockey, and golf. He also holds a glider pilot license, and once stayed airborne—with no engine—for over five hours, demonstrating both patience and precision in the art of soaring. Tibi and his wife Carla live in Calgary, Alberta, and they have one daughter, Bianca, a recent Ivy League graduate from Dartmouth College. A former captain of the Dartmouth soccer team, Bianca now serves full-time as a firefighter with the City of Calgary. She is also training toward her dream of competing in the Olympics as part of the Canadian Women’s Bobsled team. With a dynamic mix of leadership, athletic achievement, and a heart for ministry, Tibi continues to make a lasting impact in both professional and personal spheres.
