Ministry of Tim Chan

Tim, Leung Kwong Chan is an International Coaching Federation–credentialed coach (ICF-MCC), a Christian coach, and an IECL Certified Executive Coach. He was formerly a registered nurse in Hong Kong and has served in leadership and coaching roles across ministry, higher education, and organizational settings. Tim is also a certified practitioner of tools such as MBTI®, EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360, Prepare-Enrich®, and the Enneagram, with a deep interest in personality psychology and narrative coaching. With over 18 years of experience in leadership development, coaching, and team building, Tim has journeyed with and trained thousands of university students, young professionals, and leaders across Asia and Canada. He previously served as a regional executive with HKCCC, where he coached university students and business leaders and supported innovation, spiritual formation, and leadership development.Tim’s ministry is deeply shaped by his theological training and Christian worldview. He holds a Master of Arts in Christian Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Counseling & Psychological Studies at Regent University. His work intentionally integrates theology, psychology, coaching, and personality theory to support holistic spiritual and personal formation. Tim is particularly passionate about helping people grow in their faith, discern God’s work in their lives, and develop healthy leadership grounded in biblical truth.Now based in Canada, Tim serves with Power to Change and intentionally invests in international students, immigrants, and emerging leaders—walking alongside them as they navigate identity, calling, and life transitions.
