As a part of the People and Culture team, Beth is focused on equipping and resourcing staff to be even more effective in their ministries as they build and maintain their support teams through Ministry Partner Development (MPD). Her ministry vision is for every staff member to be equipped and cared for so that they can have a more effective and sustainable ministry, so that more people can know Jesus and experience his power to change the world.
