Are you passionate about sharing the power of Jesus with overlooked & vulnerable people? We’re seeking open hearted individuals who are excited about using their skills to see society’s marginalized and the Church transformed together by Jesus.
CS Link Leaders represent Connecting Streams’ Ministry by leading, coaching, and overseeing a team of volunteers in a non-staffed city. They are supported and trained by Connecting Streams staff members remotely, through online meetings and resources. If you feel called to be a part of what God is doing through Connecting Streams, but there isn’t currently a ministry presence in your area, consider becoming a Link Team Leader. We’ll help you to gather a team, figure out where you’d like to minister, get started, and support you over the long term. It just takes one person to go first – so say ‘yes’ to God’s invitation to minister to the lost and lonely of our world.

The mission of Power to Change is to further the movements of Christian evangelism and discipleship. All Power to Change staff members and volunteers work collectively to further this overall religious mission. The successful candidate for this position must have a pre-existing belief and demonstration of lifestyle as outlined in the Power to Change Code of Conduct and Statement of Faith. The successful candidate must agree to, sign and, in all good conscience abide by the biblical principles outlined by these documents. It is a pre-requisite of employment at Power to Change that any and all staff members and volunteers sign and abide by these documents throughout their course of involvement at Power to Change.
