Ministry Overview
The Strategy and Operations team empower missional communities within P2C-S to clearly define and collaboratively reach our goals by designing, building, and managing tools and systems.
Position Overview
Help build and maintain a ministry data platform and contribute to other projects. This part-time role can be combined with other part-time roles within Power to Change.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible to achieve the following objectives in concert with your team:
Maintain a SQL database of ministry involvement data.
Leverage a data warehouse to generate reports.
Write and maintain data-handling applications.
Learn to architect a data pipeline.
Serve your colleagues as valued clients.
Other Responsibilities
Active participation in weekly chapel services and other ministry prayer / bible study times.
Attendance and participation in the bi-annual International Day of Prayer.
Special projects as assigned by P2C-S Strategy and Operations National Director
About You
You have a deep, growing, intimate relationship with Jesus Christ
You have a genuine desire to see people’s lives transformed by Jesus
You excel in both working independently and with a team
You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
You are comfortable using online communication tools such as Google Meet, Zoom and other productivity tools
Education and Experience
Bachelor degree in related field plus 2 years of office experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with working on or deploying successful SQL and data related projects or apps

This position requires Ministry Partner Development. The successful candidate will have the privilege to build a partnership team which provides financial and prayer support for the ministry. The financial support will cover the costs of the candidate’s salary and ministry expenses. Power to Change believes that Ministry Partner Development is biblical and God will provide everything necessary to fulfill the calling into ministry: finances, emotional strength and perseverance. Building a ministry partnership team is an integral part of being in ministry. There are many opportunities to bless and encourage the partnership team. Power to Change is committed to providing training and coaching that ensures success in Ministry Partner Development.
